Inorchem International LLC, is a business legally founded in January 2019 in Florida - USA, whose founders have extensive knowledge of the galvanizing process since 1976. It was founded with the main objective to address the problem of pollution generated during the galvanizing process, mainly during the pickling and fluxing stages, where CLH and Ammonia fumes are released into the environment, whose consequences for the environment, the health of workers and the corrosion of equipment can be noticeable.

The traditionalism prevailing in the
Galvanization processes, by continuing to use Fluxes with Ammoniacal
Salts, contributes to the greenhouse effect, environmental pollution
and harmful effects on health, which is why Inorchem International, a
pioneer in this development and after several years of research, has
assumed as fundamental objectives the replacement of these compounds
that are highly harmful to health and the environment, as well as
achieving multiple benefits in the processes, potential increase in
production and thus, fulfilling its objectives and mission of
providing: “Eco Galvanizing Technology Today” bringing a disruptive
change in the use of these harmful compounds that began to be used in
the 9th century, currently still without any positive change towards
the growth and sustainable development of this industry, until today.
Developments
In this sense, “INORCHEM INTERNATIONAL, LLC”, based in the city of Miami - Florida, has developed a series of products for the Galvanizing industry, which are produced in Europe through strategic alliances (Contract Manufacturing) for distribution to Latin America and Europe, aimed at minimizing the impact on the environment, through new formulations that contemplate the elimination or significant minimization of chemical compounds that are susceptible to damaging the environment and with better performance.
One of the most important developments of INORCHEM INTERNATIONAL LLC is the new Ammonium-Free Galvacid® Flux HSC, which is used for application in continuous and discontinuous hot-dip galvanizing processes with baths containing molten zinc alloys.
This new Ammonium Free Flux is aimed at totally or partially eradicating, to a high degree, the ammonia fumes emanated during the continuous and discontinuous hot dip galvanizing process, as well as reducing the corresponding high rate of zinc waste. derived from the ammonium chloride content in conventional fluxes, present in double and/or triple salts used in the conventional process, which gives it a very reactive character associated with the formation of this waste, which generates value losses of up to 40% Regarding Zinc, which is what the recuperator usually pays for that waste.
